Thread: Issues of BT router

I have little network of 4 PCs and all PCs are functioning well and share all data among them. But now I bought BT voyager router to access internet on all PCs. Now the problem is my two PCs which having windows 7 installed on it are not able to see on network but other two PCs which are having XP are working well in the network. So any help will be appreciated.

I think problem is with windows upgrade procedure not with router. Windows 7 has many compatibility issues with many devices because of which drivers of such devices are not available. If correct drivers are not installed then it won’t work appropriately and problem happens. So update the drivers and see whether problem is solved or not.

For this first configure router properly otherwise PCs which are connected to it wont use all resources of it. To configure router, enter IP address of router in address bar of browser. Then contact ISP and configure router settings shown by ISP. Then see all PCs are on network or not.
