Thread: Deleting protected virus

My antivirus detected on virus on my PC. But when I tried to delete it, message appears as "the virus is protected". Please tell me how to delete this virus. Any help will be appreciated.

To delete this virus firstly restart PC in "Safe mode". When window appears as type CTRL+ALT+DELETE and attempt to search for opened popup file name, then search it. Then right click on infected files and in "General" option check "Read only" box. These stop Trojans process in PC.

I think you must update antivirus and try deleting it. Alternatively format the PC, this can removes all infected files from PC. When you format PC you must do updating of antivirus and check all available solution for virus.
