    Default ICMP echo demand

    When I attach with eth cable to other PC I can ping other PC but other PC can't ping mine.
    As other PC is pinging I sniffed traffic but no packets at all on PC. I surprise whether this is software trouble or network card is damaged. Thanks in advance.

    You must utilize crossover cable not patch cable among Lan cards.
