Thread: Problem install Avast in scene

I just install Avast on my Acer laptop .When I boot the system it does not boot, a splash screen saying "a problem has been detected ...” followed by another "windows was not shutdown properly" . In Safe mode with network connection message appears is” unable to start the security center" event name issue BLUESCREEN. If you are having any information then reply me. It can useful for me.

I think the kaspersky is not accurately uninstalled or some system files are damage.

Or you have a virus in your system which not leasing avast to work correctly!

Reboot in normal mode, clean the scheme with registry cleaner applications like CCleaner.

You required compatible RAM to make avast work fine in vista OS. Minimum requirement of RAM is 2GB RAM. Uninstall avast and try different antivirus like Avira it works correctly vista. Do not forget to make updates, and a full scan with Avira.
