Default No temperature indicator in BIOS

Generally I check my processor temperature to avoid my CPU fan and heatsink from overheating. But now problem is temperature is not indicated in BIOS. Please tell me how can I solve this? Any help will be appreciated.

You may have “thermal - paste ". It does not permit heatsink plate to totally come into contact with processor roof. In many cases you find processor to run at a little higher temperature, somewhat decreasing processors lifespan.

To check temperature there are many downloadable tools available like CoreTemp and RealTemp. Though, I suggest using CPUID hardware monitor
