Thread: Open ports

I am attempting to open my secure web disk but I am unable to open it. As ports 2078 and 2077 are blocked. I tried the firewall but nothing happens so I think my router is blocking this. So please tell me how to unlock these ports on router. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure that these are right ports and not the regular ssl ports.

I know that they are not regular ssl ports but I want them open. Secure web disc is short to upload many files but ports must be open.

Go to Shields UP and check those ports. Are they open in router?

Ensure that Port Forwarding rules on router are setup properly and are mapping to internal IP.
