Default How to guard PC by IPsec

There are large numbers of unnecessary incoming in my PC which is coming from internet. I had found these services as threats. I want to use the IPSec service to guard my internet from this unnecessary connection. How to allow an encryption policy from this and what are the different method by which I can setup the IPSec service.

Simply by creating a policy element that will tell the PC to block all the particular IP traffic you can guard your PC with IPSect that is configured by those rules. To block all PING traffic to and from a PC you should create an IPSec policy that will block all ICMP traffic. Check to see if the PC responds to PING requests by pinging it.
