Thread: Unable to play Star wars on LAN

I am having home network arranged with two PC and one laptop. All machines have similar OS which is Windows XP and attached to a Single Netgear router. The issue is I am unable to play Star wars on LAN. Also I am unable to share files or folders on LAN. It is Router problem? Please help as soon as possible.

Ensure that the File and printer sharing is enabled on the network which you are using? Just to be sure follow these steps:-

• Click on Start menu and choose Network connections.

• Now choose the Network on which you have to allow the file sharing.

• Right click on the network and after that choose property.

• In the Properties, mark the choice which Says "Enable File sharing on the Microsoft Network"

• Apply the settings and after that click Ok.

After all these settings are finished check if you are able to share files on the LAN or not.
