D-Link producer’s routers and switches for home and office networks. D-Link is design in comfort obtainable through your PC web browser. The D-Link devices are affected and dispersed with DHCP settings, which is the protocol that retrieves IP addresses animatedly.

Instructions you need are as follows:-

• Open your Web browser and put the IP address for your D-Link switch in the navigation text box. The evasion IP address used for D-Link switches & routers is 192.168.0.1.

• Hit the "Home" tab at the top of the pattern comfort. This show the current IP settings for the device.

• Choose "Enabled" in the segment tagged "Static IP Address." Type a name for the device in the text box tagged "Name."

• Type a static IP address in the second text box. Press "Apply" to save your console settings. The switch currently has a fixed IP address.
