Unallocated divider planned prior to C:drive

Hi, I've been tidying divider on a hard drive and I'm left with 1.unallocated 2.c:drive and 3. Unallocated. I'd like to combine the 2 unallocated quantity together to give me 1.c:drive and 2. Unallocated. The software will only allow me resize into the unallocated room AFTER the C: drive but not the space BEFORE the C: drive. Windows 7 and divider wizard free Edition doesn’t seem to let me to do this. I can't see how to 'merge' the unallocated amounts together.

Because C is the main boot drive, A is a floppy drive and B doesn't exist, you require creating a novel divider and using the unallocated space for the novel divider. It will be generated behind the C drive.
