Thread: Remote Desktop relation failed!

I am using the VNC program for the Remote Desktop Connection. Whenever I connect remote desktop, error message appears 'Remote Desktop Connection failed'. I do not know how to resolve this issue. I please help me to fix this Remote Desktop Connection problem. Thank you.

Try this which may help you:

1. Configure the Remote Desktop setting.

2. Use another program for remote desktop connection except VNC.

3. Reinstall your OS once again.

Try to use 'logmeIn' for remote desktop connection except VNC. Through 'logmeIn' access and back up your home or work PC from everywhere with an Internet connection.
