Thread: I cannot access my account

Hi guys,When i want to visit any web page such as google.com, cnn.com or some other then I repeatedly get a warning for malicious web page that says that I need to go to a link to afantispy.com and buying the antispyware from there. I continue getting messages which says that xxx.exe cannot perform since it is infected. Norton is not able to find anything from my system. I feel that this is because of the Norton antivirus that is installed in my system. Please help me guys.

It shows that your system is grabed up a serious infection of certain malware or virus. So the best option to get rid of it is go to the safe mode and scan your computer for any such infection from there. To go to same mode you have to keep on pressing F8 key when your system is loading. Select safe mode from that screen that will display. After logging into safe mode, scan the complete system for such infection and clear all the infected files from there. After that boot in the normal mode and try to access any site.

I feel that the issue is with the browser that you are using. The browser may be damaged. There are many other browsers available on web. You can download any from them and upgrade it to your computer. If the problem is with any particular browser then using various browser will solve the problem for you. By the time you can also attempt by clearing the history of the browser and also clearing the cache. Sometimes they may also make the problems like this. So try these two things.
