Thread: Wireless Internet Connection disconnects continuously in Windows 7

I recently installed the Windows 7 on my machine and even on my laptop. I am using the wireless connection on both of this machine without any issue but from when i have installed the new Operating System. I can connect to the internet rightly but after some time it keeps on dropping the connection.

1) It is not big issue of internet connection. I think OS is an issue. It may happen that the version you have installed likely the trial version of the windows 7. Or it may also occur that you would be using the pirated version. This type of reason possibly affecting you to use your internet connection repeatedly.

2) I think this should be a router problem. Please make sure that your router is working in the same way on other computer as it works on you, if not then your router would be fine. Then it can also occur because of the drivers that you have installed while installing the new OS. Try reinstalling them.

1) Try the following steps:

a) Click start>> type cmd in the investigate box>>

b) Type or paste the following commands:

winmgmt/verifyrepository
winmgmt/salvagerepository

c) Press ENTER after every command

d) Reboot the system.
