A network bridge is networking device that attaches two or more networks for reason of file sharing and communication between PCs. As Network Bridge utilized to be fully a hardware device, later versions of Windows have integral bridging software, enabling to create an artificial bridge without buying costly hardware, or even leave PC chair.

Instructions

Step 1

Go to "Start" and click "Network" button.

Step 2

Choose option to access "Network and Sharing Center", situated along menu bar near top of window.

Step 3

Select choice to "Manage Network Connections".

Step 4

Press and hold "Ctrl" key and click every network connection to be bridged.

Step 5

Right click on any of highlighted network connections, and choose option to "Bridge Connections" to finish bridging procedure.
