How to use Visual Basic 2008 Express with Windows 7

I use a Dell Inspiron notebook which is installed with the Windows 7 OS. I have many problems with Visual Basic 2008 Express. Firstly, tell me how I can use Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition. Also, tell me whether it is suitable with Windows 7 or not.

1) Since Visual Basic 2008 and Microsoft Windows 7, both the product that they both must be compatible with each other and therefore should not be a problem when using Visual Basic 2008 in Windows 7. In order to realize this problem may indicate a problem in some more detail in your future responses.

2) Right-click on the setup icon and choose "Run as administrator". By default, there is a list, which must be installed in a certain order. This will list all the problems that arise in the system.
