No such interface supported error message

Now I installed windows 7 RC on my system. I attempted to install Internet explorer 7 but it won't permit me so I uninstall IE. But problem is when I open any folder I get error message "No such interface supported". How to fix this problem?

1) This message doesn’t appear if you install customized edition of IE that was made with Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) version 5.01 SP1, 5.5 SP1, or 6.0. If problem is still not solved, again install IE. If you are using version of IE that is integrated with OS, again install or repair OS.

2) There is another option start IE without addons. Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer. If it is problem with IE7 then see Browser Helper Objects. Check if program running in background is interfering with IE.
