E-mail Follow-Up is not functioning in Windows 7

E-mail Follow-Up is good software that helps to remind about follow ups or replies that must be given to incoming emails. I was using this software in earlier OS that is Vista. But, E-mail Follow-Up is not working in Windows 7. I cannot know why this is happening, as installation was correct and it was finished without problems.

1) The system requirements of E-mail Follow-Up are as follows:

2) This is not functioning in Windows 7 may be an incompatibility problem. To solve this difficulty, "troubleshoot compatibility" option is utilized. Allow system detect errors of application. There is another choice, if you want to give problems manually that you are finding when application runs. In this way, you can go into compatibility mode when application runs.
