    Monowall + UT: problem logs

    Hi all

That is what I would put in place:

Internet Firewall --- --- --- Monowall UT (portailcaptif) --- Fi clients

FYI the firewall before the UT is used for something else, he must remain there.

So I managed to put it up, no problem.

    Wan Ut: 192.168.254.2
    Lan UT: 10.0.0.1

    Mono Wan: 10.0.0.2
    lan UT: 192.168.10.1

My concern is that in the logs of UT and the Web filtering, I'm only addresses from the monowall! So it does good to me, I can not properly logger or restrict traffic by IP.

How can I do so that traffic is correctly seen by UT?

    1) I have not tested but I think it is possible to use the portal for this SSL connection with AD e.g. for internal users. In addition if it is for visitors, it can manage different filtering profiles.

If that's it! Test to see if you can put your mono bridge mode! (It wills always his job but more a change of address ranges so direct client IP)

Otherwise he will remain the super solution to the puzzle related're monowall logs to see how it goes and goes and then make the correspondence with the IP and port yourself.
