QuarkXPress 3.3 and 4.0 for Mac permit to apply styles from style sheet that you make. This process is particularly useful with big documents as you just apply styles without having to remember which elements include each style. Windows instructions may differ somewhat.

Instructions

• Choose text to which style will be affect.

• Open Style menu and pick Style Sheets.

• Choose style you would like to affect from menu.

• Do again these procedures to apply styles to extra text in document.

• Save document to keep applied styles.
