I think your mouse drivers are damaged. So update driver so that it is likely for you to run Right Click option on Windows 7. To update driver go to manufacturer site and download new driver for mouse.

If update of driver didn’t work then I think mouse got changed primary and secondary buttons. Thus modify mouse setting go to control panel and then go to the check box having "Switch primary and secondary button” and uncheck it. And may be problem is solved.

You can modify mouse in many ways. E.g. swap functions of mouse buttons, make mouse pointer visible, and change scroll speed of mouse wheel.

    • Open Mouse Properties by go to Control Panel. In search box, type mouse and click Mouse.

    • Open Buttons tab, and do any of following:

o To change function of right and left mouse buttons, in key arrangement, select switch primary and secondary buttons check box.

o To modify how quickly you should click buttons to do double-click, in Double-click speed, and move Speed slider to Slow or Fast.

o To turn on ClickLock, allows highlighting or dragging items without pressing mouse button, in ClickLock, choosing Turn on ClickLock check box.

    o Click OK.
