Thread: Taking folder backup of Windows Home Server

Windows 7 installed on my PC and it organizes with Windows home server and attached in network. The problem is I need to take backup of folder of Windows Home Server to external hard drive. But I do not know how to do that. So please provide me some suggestions about this. Any help would be appreciated.

Initially insert external hard drive to Windows home server to do backup. Then go to backup tab and right click on server who back up you wants to make and choose Backup now. Select target as external hard drive and then press Backup now button for backup.

For backup of Windows Home Server follow the steps given below.

• Go to start, Search Windows Home Server

• Open it then click Computer & Backup tab

• Right Click Server and choose Backup Now

• Then choose target drive and file to be backup

• Click Backup button, stay until backup finish.
