It looks that Super Empty Trash used by you which has admin rights to remove all files and due to this it is showing problem. To solve this problem use admin rights to remove all data from trash. Without appropriate and right admin rights you can’t remove anything from PC. For this use username and password to login as administrator and then delete trash.
Use methods given below to solve your problem.
1. Use Apple Document, which is in help option.
2. Then use Terminal method.
To delete files from trash, first try holding Option key to select Empty Trash from Finder's File menu. Then if problem remains means your files are locked. So unlock them before deleting.
