Thread: Disable Windows Genuine Advantage Notification

Hi. I am windows 7 user. Whenever I boot my computer “Windows Genuine Advantage Notification” window comes. I want to disable this Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) Notification window. If you have any in solution please let me know that. Thanks in advanced.

Follow the given steps:

• Restart Windows in safe mode:

• And after that open Registry Editor and search for wgalogon folder and remove it.

• You must backup up the registry before, because something goes wrong.

• In your windows directory search for files wga* and remove them.

Try this:

• GO TO WINDOWS FOLDER…

• Then SEARCH WGA

• Rename all WGA FILE TO WGA2222 or change it to any file name Restart your computer

• Your problem is solved.
