Default How to remap occupation keys on Mac

I am Mac user. I am familiar with old apple keyboards. I want to remap those keys and give them proper match in series. Such as I would like proper set the volume up, volume down and mute to F78, F18 and F19 keys. It is possible? If yes then tell me how to modify the same in Mac.
