Check the Memory capacity of your RAM after that deletes the temporary files:
1) Go to Start and in cmd- type prefetch, delete the temporary files
• After that do the same for % temp %.
• Then Go to start and then click search and type *.tmp and choose all files and folders and delete the files.
2) Disk Clean up.
3)Disk fragment
• 7Services.msc... Type that in cmd and after that disable the startup items
• We can also do that by msconfig.
• Browser optimisation.
• Delete cookies, files, history.
Thank you for posting this, it was really clear and helped a lot, but I ran into some problems once I got to the disk check on startup.
