Default New pc with no install CDs

I recently bought a new PC and it didn't come with any installation CDs it came with product keys on the case but no discs. It has a product key for windows vista home and Microsoft office 2007. I contact the store and they assured me this is normal. However looking back on a lot of times i have had to reload my old PC in the past this could be an issue. I have downloaded these programs from the web but i think they are all cracked versions. Would anyone be prepared to make a bake up copy of the software i am using?

You should have gotten a Windows Vista Basic CD, Office 207 you would have got a DVD case with product key inside; to get a cd for office 2007 the user has to buy it from Microsoft. But vista you should have gotten the CD. If not I would ring the Microsoft Privacy line and tell them the pc shop you bought the pc from.
