    Default Previous Computer not booting

I had a bundle of old parts sitting around so I determined to throw it all together and attempt to start her up. As soon as the power cord is plugged in and then into the back the computer starts but the loud fans remain on and do not arrive down. Also I attempted checking if there would be anything to consider so I connect in a monitor and no signal to it.

If a speaker is attached and there was no POST error codes confirm the PSU is up to spec for the mobo. if the elements are very former then assure if the mobo/cpu wants a 2x2 ATX12v line and that the PSU has one.

Essentially at this point with a determined tool set you'll have to switch parts in and out, like PSU, RAM, etc.

CPU heat sink is not on correct? It looks like self-conservation mode to me.
