The problem I have is when I boot with a disc to load DOS the display becomes the resolution and from third down is distorted is the hirent or a win xp disk.
With cualkier arrange Linux or win 7 does not disappoint.

Hirent DOS and maybe leave the default 800 * 600 screen and try to adjust and do you have another monitor to test?
