Default How to transfer files between user accounts on a mac.

I’m utilizing windows XP and I lately created a noevl account. Now I accept multiple users on my PC. The files and apps in default option user account are not displayed in the other accounts which accept been created. I need to shift lots of the files in the novel user account. How can I shift all these files? Will it want software?

No it won’t need software. The apps are present in the novel account but their shortcuts are not exhibited. The novel accounts accept all installed plans it only alter the path you need the GUI and what shortcuts you need to be exhibited on desktop. For plan shortcuts and start ups, most multiple user computers too accept a listing for "All Users". You can copy totally the shortcuts from “C:\Documents and Settings\useraccountname\Desktop” and paste it in like path but with different user account name.

Only construct novel shortcuts or copy the shortcuts from the desktop folder in your (old) profile to the desktop folder in his (new) profile utilizing My Computer (if it's Windows XP). You may demend to demonstrate Control Panel>Folder selection to demonstrate hidden and system folders and files (several checkboxes) to be able to assure that folders to copy the messages.

Store the files you'd similar to shift on your desktop (or 'cut' them). Then, navigate to the user you'd similar to move the files to: Computer>Main Hard Repel>Users>whatever your other user name is. Drag the files from the desktop to your determined location (or, if you cut them, select 'paste' after right-clicking.

There are several paths to do it. 1 of the simplest path is to copy totally the files to desktop of 1st user and then shift it to the some other by accessing “C:\Documents and Settings\useraccountname\Desktop”. Other path is that you can burn a CD and shift files. You can also mail the files iof they are not prominent and shift between PC or accounts. Depends which paths suit you the most.
