I cannot set a password immediately when creating users. I have a number of systems running on Linux. Now the latest operating system is ubuntu Linux series. At first I tried to create multiple accounts which creates a problem when you log in. I try to login the system through the account login but the password is found as unusable. It is simply not taking my password. I need some help as to how to fix it. I can configure the same directly from the password file. If yes then how to do it.

You can directly access to the account, eventually leaving the password field blank. It's like the guest account, where the user can use your system. Anyone want to associate with an account may do so. Change the password for the account with the password command must be a system administrator or the owner of the account. The system will then ask the user to query, 2 x to a new password, type your old password.
