As long as i familiar it may be associated to the voltage rule on the board. You can likely gain it higher in bios in dictate to receive the higher vcore if you are having very low difference among the circumstance and current circumstance and then you can test loading it. Or now test to bring down the voltage at 44 multi in iorder to assure how long it remains balanced. You can too fix the vcore to 1.4 in the bios and later that you an test 45 46 47 multi and now go or you can still test to less the multi down in order to try the bclock more.

Your trouble sounds to be weird i think that you want to have more vcore in this matter and i think that 1.1 to 1.15 will do a well job and you can too test to disable the LLC in order to assure if you receive any difference while the LLC is changed and while it is disabled and i will too love to inform you that if you have less-quality cooling then you should avoid gaining the vcore much more and you can still test to bump the vtt up and test to fix it manually now to assure if there is any difference but if these does not help than you can test highest safe vcore for SB and few other temp as well.

What all you can test is.Just test to gain the vtt to 1.15 and assure if there is any impression Or gain the vcore to 1.5 and then test to load it.You can also try to increase the multi to 45 or Try to Disable the multi and go for turbo OC and then set every core to 45 and after that reboot your system and if it does not help than you can go for 46 47 and 48.Just try it out and check if you are acquiring the splash load cover and it is loading properly. If not then let me familiar so i can help you with other results.

Still i a facing the similar trouble i have already tried letting down the the multi to 44 and then now raising the bclock to 101 and later that while i shodden the windows and then when i heightened the stop to 102 then i was becoming the splash cover but now later i acquire to see the sign it got hanged.I have too tested Dropping the multi to 43 but then it was locked into a 34 max multi in windows but it was not went more up and while after i tested Dropping the the bclock endorse the solution was similar.
