Hello, Last year when I had my netbook running Windows 7 Starter, Starter I had installed for Background Changer can change wallpaper. Then quickly, I move my system with an upgrade to W7 Home Premium. Everything worked fine since. This morning, doing some cleaning, I see that there is a StarterBackgroundChanger directory on C:. It contains an Uninstall file, as soon as I start to remove the program useless. The installation has been tampering with stuff in the registry, because since this manipulation, I can not change the wallpaper, it gets stuck on the last in effect prior to this intervention.Could you tell me what are the values of the registry to check for restoring this possibility, please?
