Default Change the background cannot help! (Solved)

Hello, Last year when I had my netbook running Windows 7 Starter, Starter I had installed for Background Changer can change wallpaper. Then quickly, I move my system with an upgrade to W7 Home Premium. Everything worked fine since. This morning, doing some cleaning, I see that there is a StarterBackgroundChanger directory on C:. It contains an Uninstall file, as soon as I start to remove the program useless. The installation has been tampering with stuff in the registry, because since this manipulation, I can not change the wallpaper, it gets stuck on the last in effect prior to this intervention.Could you tell me what are the values of the registry to check for restoring this possibility, please?

Having uninstall the software surra given parameters by default Starter, so no possible changes to the wallpaper. You can try a repair of Windows, or on the Internet to find the key that lets you register or not to get the possibility to change the wallpaper and change it.

Thank you for your advice. Its a bit what I started, but not easy to find a similar case with the registry settings to touch. I looked at the site secretswindows.com that details each line of the BDR, but not that of W7.

To repair the Microsoft command is sfc / scannow the free ccleaner has a special option to clean the registry. It also has a special option to uninstall them.

Thank you for your intervention, but that does not really match my current needs. The "sfc / scannow" is not going to change the value of a parameter somewhere in the registry. And Ccleaner to clean and uninstall, I'm not at this stage.Thank you anyway.
