    Default NEC 2500A DVD writer

I bought after the New Year, I have a brand-new NEC 2500A, we can say almost not used, but began using observed that discs are written correctly, I went to a company where he took it, gave it

I do not understand by what right did they take my money, and he canceled the rights of the buyer, I've read book where it says that they are obliged to conduct a set of verification with me, if I so require.

What I wanted to write something, perhaps that is recorded on my disk drives, other than read, and sometimes even on the same, while discs burned at high-quality pig, which is recorded on other drives, without any scratches on the 4x, 8x, 10x, 16x speeds.

What should I do? Can I have a "blunt" or do I just "someone" does not want to answer on its guarantee? Why then need such Dealers?

I have the same drive, really cheap discs Digitex / Memorex have not, it is better to TDK and write Nero 6.3.1.6 - no problems; try the new BIOS firmware for the drive.

Perhaps we should learn computer skills. Do not interfere with the normal literacy and learning, coupled with the ability to express thoughts.

You can also call someone, obviously smart, and ask him to test drive.

It was me that. I am writing to CDs - it is often an error in the record. Fed, when the percentage of spoiled ingots passes for 50. Posted by the supplier. (Do not Nix) he returned, he said it works. Posted by boy - with its supplier wrote 5 ingots without any problems in succession! I was very surprised! Then I did understand what's wrong. I wrote on WinXP. A supplier tested on Win98. It appears that the problem not in writing, and reading. And XP in the process of recording, probably something with bars and, therefore, there is an error, but Win98 does not read the disc and completely without any problems recorded. Only then this drive is not completely unreadable, but I just never enjoyed to read, so long could not understand what's wrong. In the fourth visit, I found the supplier that the problem of reading and he replaced the drive.

Why that's me. IMHO of law if the seller holds the examination in case the product was serviceable, it is entitled to recover the value of expertise from the client. But most computer companies examine themselves and illiterate - then pay for that? It is good that Nix check for the presence of the client - it saves them time. I have not once had to assist the designated find fault and I think all of this only to win.

I also bought a "praise" NEC 2500A, he does not write DVD-RW, brought it back to the dealers and exchanged it for TEAC 58G a. I started here at all, 20 ingots. Take it back and ordered the LG 4082B box, they went away, things should work, I do not cry for my nerves to stick me a case that he should not write, and then let it sell that work. : x will not work take the money.
