Chipset drivers are essential for motherboard and required to be kept up to date to avoid any system errors. The chipset drivers are available on download and they can’t even update themselves, like other programs of a PC. One needs to download them and update the chipset drivers manually; however the process is very easy. The only difficulty lies in recognizing which driver manufacturer is used in the PC.

Instructions:

• Download and install the free utility AIDA32.

• Run the diagnostic and make a note of the manufacturer under which the "Chipset" is listed.

• Visit either the AMD or the Intel website. Navigate down to see the OS and click on "Download" option.

• Install the chipset drivers. And remember that the PC will reboot after the installation process is completed.
