Thread: Flexible Flat cable

I damaged end of flexible flat cable of DVD drive. The end got inadequately crushed. I want to create new contact that slipped into connector. So how can I do it please give any suggestions as early as possible.

Simply take out it and go to local PC store and purchase new one.

Purchase good quality one too. They make some created in round shape that be likely to be simple to install and have better end.
