Thread: DVD copying problem

When I attempt to copy the copy software doesn’t feel DVD in burner drive. It is Sony dru-830a burner. This take place on all homemade DVDs. Any help would be appreciated.

You must clean lens of DVD drive of system. It may be lens affected by few dust or scratches. Clean it by cleaner solution.

This may be problem of lens or drivers. If CD is taken then it is driver problem. You must uninstall and reinstall drivers. If not then check with any specialist.
