Your install drivers correctly if the drivers are not correctly installed functionality does not work properly, it may be the reason why your DVD drive is to stop working properly after I should ask your drivers and install them to replace the old one, even one of my friend was facing similar problems with its computer, which was then solved again to install the drivers for the hope that it works even with your computer.

You've checked with the configuration settings on your computer if you don't then check the configuration settings if all the settings are correct in the case if you find that the settings are not correct you can check the settings in manual or reset to default settings after you configure all the settings, check to see if the DVD drive is working properly, or does not hope to be working correctly.

I thank for your reply as a suggestion you have reviewed all the drivers and even reinstalled it but even after reinstalling drivers my DVD drive does not function correctly until you try the second option to verify the configuration settings, the settings may be arranged, but even this did not succeed until the reset settings to their default settings, and found the result to be the same in earlier and could not find what is exactly the problem! Please help.

It may be that the drivers for your computer is not updated as this may be the reason why the DVD drive does not work then please update the drivers for your computer, including DVD drives firmware to the latest version of the old version is sometimes unable to perform all functions correctly as this may block your DVD drive from working firmware update will defiantly resolve the issue.
