Chinese corporation Tainell has assembled the T500 mobile internet device (MID) based on the Atom platform. Advanced by Intel’s Atom Z510 1.1GHz processor, the T500 has 1GB RAM as well as a 32GB SSD storage device.

The T500 has a 5-inch touchscreen display. It supports GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi along with incorporated 3G connectivity. You can also get a 0.3 Megapixels webcam. The MID present also HDMI connector. No accessibility as well as price up till now.
