Hi, need your help, last month I buy new SONY VAIO Laptop. My laptop suddenly stopped to access my mouse, which one working fine last night. Some error shows when I start my pc “Device malfunctioned and couldn’t be recognized”. I try to remove mouse code and plug-in it again, but still shows the problem. I reformate my pc but not solve the problem. I check device manager and have this unknown device among my USB controllers.
