Thread: File that cannot be Deleted

This dialer is detected Norton antivirus as a security risk but not able to remove it. Please Give me any suggestion to solve this problem.

Go to "my computer" go to "C" drive. go to "program files" go to "online services" go to "btyahoo" Inside you should see your bug called "hppre05". Delete it using "shift+delete" Don't use your mouse menu to delete it or it will simply move it to recycle bin.HTH
