Thread: Outlook Express stops sending & receiving

I installing some latest Windows Updates to XP SP3, OE 6 closed sending & receiving. Have tried disabling Norton internet antivirus firewall, but it makes no difference OE 6 still won't send/receive. Please help me to solve this problem.

I would contact your ISP"s technical service to see if problem is at their end, after I tried deleting the account and setting it up again. You will need password you established with your ISP and their address to do this. The ISP address can be critical, as an example when I had similar problem my ISP has most of its customers use this address shawmail.shaw.net, I had to use shawmail.cg.shawcable.net in order for OE to work.
