Thread: Please help with HP laptop restart problem

My pc is cut off then it will come back on and it will work then it will cut back off on it on. Please help me to solve this problem.

When does it shut off? Is it after Windows Completely boots up or is it through the boot up splash screen? Try F8 booting the windows and select "Last recognized good configuration" from the menu. It sounds like driver issue.

You will need to F8 boot it and boot it to Safe mode or Last known good configuration.
