Push F8 frequently after revolve on computer and Advanced Startup Options menu appears. Select Safe Mode. Computer may start and restore computer to previous time when it worked.

Select Safe Mode Command Prompt and steer to C:\Windows\System32\rstrui.exe to start Restore efficacy. I suppose Windows is installed to C:\Windows.
