Hi. I am not computer savvy. What is the Best computer operating system..? And Why..? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Different OS are good for different systems. You possibly mean for the desktop, and are not interested in embedded OS. But even in this arena, Windows is the most broadly used and perhaps supports the widest range of apps and software, Mac OS is the most users friendly but runs only on a restricted range of hardware, and Linux is the most flexible, extensible and cheapest. Within these generalizations, there are huge variations.
