Thread: Shortcut keys for Special Character

I am vista user and I like to add special characters all in my email, any word documents, etc. But it takes long time to go to character map and then pick from there. Is there any keyboard shortcut available for adding such special character? All possible replies and comments are appreciated.

You should type ¥ than Press and Hold Alt and type 0165.
