Steps for making Icon Text Transparent.

    1. Click on Start >>select Control Panel >>Click on System Icon

    2. Choose the "Advanced" tab; click "Settings" under "Performance"

    3. Under the "Visual Effects" tab and checked Use Drop Shadows for Icon Labels.

The steps that I have mentioned will definitely help you.
