The Help and hold up Menu of Windows XP is a division of the Start menu that contain the help files for the in use system. If you do not use this feature, although, you can remove it by changing a registry entry. You should have some knowledge with modify the Windows registry before going on.
Instructions
• Open the Registry Editor window by pressing on the "Start" button, opening the "Run" division, typing "regedit" and then hitting the "Enter" key.
• Apply the direction-finding pane on the left area of the Registry Editor window to browse to the
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\Advanced" subkey folder.
• Right-click in the right pane of the Registry Editor Window and then hit on the "New" button. Name the latest registry key "NoStartMenuHelp" and set the value of the key to "1."
• Shut the Registry Editor and again start the PC , and the Help and Support center is gone.
