    Open the program

    Open Movie Maker or iMovie on your PC both these programs come with most PCs (Movie Maker) or Macs (iMovie) but are obtainable as free downloads on the Windows and Apple official websites. Press the "Start" or "+" icon to start a novel project.

    Add pictures

    Add pictures by pressing "Pictures," browsing and choosing pictures, then pressing "Import," or by dragging the pictures on your desktop directly into the slide show timeline. Right-click each images to adjust the length of time it is viewed.

    Save slide show

    Choose "File" next "Save As" and name free slide show. If you desire to share slide illustrate by extras online, you should save it as WMV file.
