    Searching the IP of a router?

    Give me some proper solution for that

    What steps will be needed to do this

    Windows XP

    Attach the router straight to your PC using an Ethernet cord. Press "Start." Press "Run." Enter "CMD," and press "OK." Enter "ipconfig" and click "Enter" on keyboard. This command will give your IP address, subnet mask and default gateway. The default gateway is the router's IP address. This is the number utilized to access the software within the router.

    Windows Vista and 7

    Attach the router straight to your PC using an Ethernet cord. Press "Start." Enter "CMD" in the "Search bar" and click "Enter" on keyboard. Enter "ipconfig" and click "Enter" on keyboard. This command will give your IP address, subnet mask and default gateway. The default gateway is router's IP address. This is number utilized to access the software within the router.

    Macintosh Computers

    Attach the router straight to your PC using an Ethernet cord. Press the "Apple" icon and choose "System Preferences."Press "Network." Choose "Ethernet." Create sure "Using DHCP" is chosen next to "Configure IPv4." Your IP address, subnet mask and router address will automatically appear. The default gateway is the router's IP address. This is the number used to access the software within the router.
