Default Open File - Security caution problem

I am using a computer system installed with windows vista OS. I have unmarked the "Always Ask" checkbox for the "Open File - Security Warning" prompt, but it stills prompt when I run a program. How do I stop it? Please tell me how to get rid of this problem. Thanks in advanced.

    Try this:

    • Press windows + R opens command prompt window

    • Right-click command prompt, and click run as administrator

    • Browse to the folder where the application .exe is saved

    • Open the following commands:

    1. move filename.exe filename.bak

    2. type filename.bak > filename.exe

    3. del filename.bak
